Sizing

Our beach robes are on the generous side and our measurements are consistent with Australian sizing standards and reflect age.  For example a size 4 is designed to fit a 4-5 year old. See table below for approximate sizing.

If you discover the size is not quite right when you receive your garment then we will exchange it for you within 30 days. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for more details or contact us to arrange an exchange. You will need to pay for any additional postage/shipping fees.

Care Instructions

To ensure your beach robe remains in pristine condition, please familiarise yourself with our care instructions.

Think climate. Cold wash & line dry. To avoid colour fading or running please always wash your beach robe in cold water. Wash before first wear. Turn inside out. Cold machine wash with like colours only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Our beach/swim robes are made from high quality plush microfibre and manufactured to the highest quality. The fabric is designed to repel sand, absorb water and dry quickly. Our products are designed for use in a beach/sand or pool setting. They are not designed for use in leafy backyards, campsites or any other park/river settings as the nature of the fabric means it can be susceptible to attracting twigs and leaves if left on the ground which are difficult to remove. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be offered on products if they have been used in this way.

Shipping & Delivery

Australian Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide. All Australian orders are processed within 2 business days.  Shipping is via Couriers Please.  Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping/delivery depending on your location. Please contact us anytime for estimated delivery timeframe to your address.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International for $20-$40 depending on location (min/max parcel weight 1-5kg).

Exchanges & Returns

We expect that your children (and you!) will love their Beach Robes Australia beach robe as much as we do.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the garment, please contact us and we will provide a refund or exchange.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, with proof of purchase (ie valid receipt). The customer must arrange for the item to be returned at their cost. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Security

Beach Robes Australia uses the PayPal system to ensure payment is processed securely.  PayPal automatically encrypts your information in transit from your computer to their service using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  This has an encryption key length of 128 bits - the highest level commercially available.

Privacy Statement
